This cache is a qt jar. It is our contribution to spreading
patriotism. Initial items in the jug:
- a bumper sticker;
- red, white and blue beads;
- star pin;
- flag button;
- red, white and blue key tags;
- flag lapel pin;
- flag stickers.
We also left a camera so you can show us who you are. The area is
shady in spots, so we ask that you try to shoot your picture in the

11/11/01 Be sure and visit the other cache in this park while you
are here. Checked the cache, since no one has logged our special
Cache prize, a XL Navy blue T-shirt, with an American Flag on it. I
didn't update difficulty to be in line with the new geocaching
standard above. According to it, this would be 2/3/5. Your milage
may vary! In keeping with the cache rules, I took the candy someone
left. Saw that a few had signed the log book, and haven't updated
the geocaching web site yet, must be those closet geocachers!! :)
