This will be a BYO everything including table and chairs as they
could be in short supply depending on numbers. We will be placing
out a cache or two and have a table for swaps and an area for
discoveries.
There's no power at the event site, however we will provide hot
water, tea & coffee, bring your own mug.
Whilst in the area I will place out a cache or two in the in the
Pyrete Range (part of the Lerderderg State Park). As this is a
catchment area the only access is by foot or mountain bike. Keep an
eye out in the forums or watch for new caches in this area.
If your new to this activity and don’t understand something come
along and ask as we are planning a workshop for any inquiries.
There will be prizes up for grabs for some lucky cachers.
There will be a lucky draw to see who wins the honour of logging
a FTF for the event. As it is very central come along and meet new
and old caching friends.
If the 28th of November is a Total Fire Ban day we would advise
all not to venture into the bush due to the dangers of being in a
very remote area but the Christmas Event will still be held.
Hope to see you all on the 28th November 2009.
