Geocache Description:

Another nice walk at Indian Brook. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there is usually an attendant at the beginning of the park. You need a parks use ID card to be admitted. You can also park on McGee Rd near N44 32.076 W73 06.482. There is a designated parking area for 2 to 3 cars - not in front of the trail. So please observe.

POTS is an acronym for Plain Old Telephone Service. Remember rotary dials? How about stepping into a phone booth, sitting down, closing the door and making a call. Three slot pay phones, pre-pay or post-pay, 10 cents per call – what a deal! Before the days of dial up modems to connect to AOL, Prodigy or many others.

Now we walk around with enough technology in our pockets where there are more “App’s for that” than you care to imagine, don’t forget the GPS technology.

So on to the cache. To find the cache answer the following quiz to get the coords. There is not going to be a geochecker, you don’t really need one. Have fun and be gentle with the “equipment”.
