I am starting this ocasional series of simple one stage multi-caches, as I would like to share with you some of the interesting memorials that I have come across, while out walking the Flatcoats in my local area.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD TO THIS SERIES IF YOU WISH.

KEN'S MARATHON – This is one of two memorials in the churchyard of West Grinstead Parish Church that I always stop and look at when I pass this way. I like this one because it is a little different. There is plenty of room to park in the Church car park.

The date that Ken finished life's marathon is AB.CD.EF.

The total number of medals that we know that Ken was awarded is GH. Some of the medals have now sadly disappeared, but you can easily see how many there were originally. That is the number you need.

The cache is a few minutes walk away along a footpath at
