This is part of my Vermont Fish series. I can't personally say that
I have ever caught a Black Crappie. I have eaten them. It's a very
sweet tasting. Almost as good as Yellow Perch, almost. The Vt.
State record Black Crappie is 3.53 lbs. It was caught from Lake
Hortonia on 5-28-2005.
