This is part of my Vermont Fish Series. The Rock Bass is
considerably smaller than other Bass and isn't much good for
eating. This is a fish that is eager to bite. In fact it always
seems like I am catching the same one over and over. The Vt. State
record weighed 2 lbs. It was caught from Mallets Bay, Lake
Champlain on 7-16-1981.
