Geocache Description:

This multi-cache will take you to two towns in Massachusetts, Berlin and Marlborough. There will be several stages that split two areas right down the middle (well, sort of, anyway). Despite being a little spread out, the whole experience should not take longer than an hour. NOTE: Several stages of this multi are NOT snow-friendly!

The first staging area is the well-developed Solomon Pond Mall. Please be both careful and stealthy at the stages in this area, because there are usually people and vehicles around. The coordinates provided are for stage #1. You should be able to park right next to Pole #11. After which, a short walk to the northwest will bring you to the first stage. Stage #1 provided me with the original idea for this multi. When I first saw it, it occurred to me that this entire development must have taken quite a bit of negotiation between developers and townsfolk alike.

The second area is a short 7-8 minute drive away to a conservation parcel in Berlin. After you arrive, this part of your journey will provide a short hike in a lesser known area that has plenty of parking. The second stage here may be a little bumpy with the satellites and tree cover… but, the others should be fine.

This cache is not likely to be winter-friendly. So, I wouldn't recommend it with more than a few inches of snow.

FTF prizes include a Granny button and an unregistered Breast Cancer GC that I am awarding in honor of my grandmother, who is a two-time survivor.

Enjoy!!! Rawhyd

Congrats to BSAK07 for the FTF, Kestrel76 for the STF - and Emmett and Hotwcnyy for the non-traditional versions of the same.

Benchmarking Note: MY3665 (designation PISGAH 1938) is the closest and easiest to find.
