A camo'd waterproof matchstick container is what you'll find
after solving this puzzle. You'll find yourself in the VERY most
western parcel of land within the Great State of Texas. The puzzle
will reveal a correction to be applied to the above coordinates to
get the actual Lat/Lon to the final.

solve it
While working out the solution remember that you are looking for a
numeric
adjustment and an operator to determine whether to add or subtract
from
the posted latitude and longitude given in the original coordinates
above.
Once you know where to go you'll need to decide how to approach.
You
can get there from all four cardinal directions. Easiest is from
the south
(Crawford Rd.) and the east (Gato Rd.). There is also a pretty easy
in
from the north (Gardner Rd.).
There is nothing super special about the cache or the site. I just
noticed
that Google Earth has the TX/NM line smoothed straight
north-to-south
along the Rio Grande. In reality the state boundary actually
wiggles up the
valley, well west of the river, in an odd manner. Looking over the
actual
border I noticed a protrusion of the boundary. The acreage within
this
westward bulge marks the very farthest western portion of the
state. I
figured that alone made the spot worthy of cache placement. And
it's only
fitting that you'll be surrounded by cotton fields!
