Geocache Description:

A good loop trail that goes over Shaker Mountain (also known as Mt Sinai) and Mt Lebanon (also known as Holy Mount). All caches are named after Shakers or people very close to the Shakers.

The area along the first ½ mile or so is posted by Hancock Shaker Village. They have given us permission to hike through the posted area plus to hide caches on their property.

If you hike between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, HSV requests that you begin your walk by checking in at the HSV Visitor’s Center or Village Store. It is not necessary to check in during other hours.

Brook crossings may be interesting during snow melt or after a really heavy rain.

All caches are winter friendly. Some may be a little tougher to find with very deep snow.
