This cache is placed along the Myrtle Forest Creek track and takes about 1.5 Hrs return from the Myrtle Park picnic grounds (allow a bit more or a bit less time depending on your fitness level). This is a very pretty area to visit if you haven't been here before, and is a great start to a day walk up to Colin's Cap and/or Colin's Bonnet. There is another cache down lower on the track (Myrtle Park), but I figured this would make a longer walk more of rewarding.
The track ascends relatively steadily and the cache is a few hundred metres past the Colin's Cap track turnoff. GPS reception will be a little patchy until you get to this area, so be careful not to go straight past the cache!
Contents include logbook, pencil, band aides, nail clippers and pencil sharpener.
