[ENG] Summary: Cache is hidden near ex-prison Lielupe and central hospital of Jelgava. However right between these two buildings there is also a small house-of-culture called «Rota». Cache itself is a ~~film canister containing logbook and pencil.~~ rather nano container containing only logbook.
