I'd seen the Waterbury Community Path on maps for several years, but wasn't really sure where to access it. Now there are some nice new signs posted, starting both from the southern end at the Exit 10 Park Ride, and at the northern end on Guptil & Country Club roads. The path is long enough for a few caches along the way. I decided to begin by placing a container within 0.15 miles of the Park & Ride.
Park in the Park & Ride lot off of Lincoln St., and walk up the dead end road (private drive, no room to park) until you see the trail heading up the hill to your left. The cache is a short distance up the trail. The new location is really not winter friendly.
