This puzzle has basically 3 stages to the solve.
At the final you will also see three.

This is a goofy puzzle that I threw together without thinking much about it. Step #1 can be solved from 2 different directions. With a little luck I hope you find the easy way to solve it, which will then drop the difficulty down to almost nothing. Don't let the word "latin" throw you. It has nothing to do with the puzzle. Actually the symbols are from another language altogether.
