The Country Park is having an introduction to geocaching day and
have invited us to assist. We have been asked if we would like to
demonstrate gecaching, introduce our activity to others and be
available answer questions to potential new cachers. The parks
staff, have placed a selection of demo caches for new comers to try
so not to disturb the real caches in the area.
So we will use the event as an opportunity to have our monthly
meeting here (soz it’s not a Saturday this month)
This is an all day event from about 10.00 but feel free to come
anytime to say hi and sign the log and find a few local caches. We
have already had a few offers to help throughout the day and if you
would like to be part of the demonstration team then please contact

- Spend the day finding the many local caches
- Get hints for those unfinished puzzle caches, by the
masters
- Introduce others to our wacky pastime
- Special gifts will be placed in the Stroll Shorne Multicahe
throughout the day.
The park has parking at £1.50 for the day, shop,
refreshments and facilities.
