There is a nice grove of redwoods near this cache. I hid the cache outside of the grove hoping it will be easier to find and be more easily accessible.
I think this is a nice trail in the eastern part of Big Basin. There is a page on bigbasin.org which has a nice description of the area including directions for a hike on this trail.
The cache is a camo'd baby soda bottle.
Closest parking is just up from Sempervirens Falls. The Shadowbrook Trail crosses the road a few yards up from the parking.
