Faskally Wood has some very interesting trees and small plantations as it was the Forestry Commission’s training ground for many years. It is now a delightful spot, criss-crossed with paths and tracks.
This series makes much of the many interesting rock formations and outcrops throughout the woods and is intended to take you away from the busier sections.
Had difficulty refining the signal here, but this cache is emphatically not one for the canoeists or scuba divers. No waders required.
