Madeline Sanborn (1917-2009) donated the Marsh Pond land to Chichester for public use. Chichester named this small trail system "MSCA" (Madeline Sanborn Conservation Area) The trail entrance kiosk provides quite a history account of the immediate area.
Corner of Marsh Pond viewing area. According to the kiosk information this pond was created by over active beavers and Chichester town workers picked up where they left off.
The trail system is still under development so it is not really marked well.
Dusk to dawn. Cache in trash out. Pets on leash/clean up "do". No hunting/camping/fires. Watch for poison ivy.
FTF scores a bear bell and that lucky cacher was Fishandgamer! Congrats!!
