IHP means I Hate Puzzles, and this one is appropriate due to the
proximity of a PC. OOPS! I hope I didn't give it away! 
The bonus here is the view! You can see both Mount Mansfield and
Camel's Hump! 
I kind of had an IHP overload, there were so many shiny things to
choose from!
I recommend finding this cache on a weekend or evening after the
office buildings are empty, as it can be muggle central during the
day.
DDD can rest easy, as his IHP is not in Rutvegas or points south,
but my ELF has been busy, so gas up the car for the next few!
As for placing caches in places north, someone will have to book me
for some work up that way and we'll see what falls out of the
truck!
