TripCyclone: This had migrated a bit. Went to the original spot and came up empty. As I walked along the brush to look at another spot it might have landed over the years, I spotted it from afar. Amazing that the container is still intact, minus the locking flaps. It had a good run, but time to retire.

Geocache Description:

Peculiar City Lake Park was asking for another cache so here you go. This is on a stretch of park road that isn't open for driving on all year long so you'll have to park in the lot before the gate and walk past the gate to get to this one. A simple hide of a small tupperware container. Room for small trade items and swag is inside.

This cache is placed for The Mystery event. It contains a clue for The Case of the GC Killer puzzle cache.
