The cache is not located at the co-ordinates given, and is in fact approximately 3/4 of a mile to the West. The co-ordinates are delibarately chosen however!

This is our first cache, so we'd appreciate some feedback as to how we did. We may alter the difficulty rating and/or give out hints if it turns out we've pitched it too high in the difficulty stakes!
Terrain is nice and flat, suitable for buggies and wheelchairs. Take care close to busy roads with smaller cachers. Parking is available around 10-15 minutes walk away.
