Off of another walking path in Colt State Park. Bring your own writing utensil as the container has no room for one.
This cache is located near a plaque commemorating the person whom the park is named after, Samuel Colt. Due to proximity issues the cache could not be placed at the plaque, so it is about 100 feet or so away from it. It is placed exactly 0.10 miles from Lilly's Troll Under the Bridge Cache.
Please make sure you screw the cap back on tightly so the log doesn't get wet. This is kind of an open spot so try and use stealth if there are people around.
Also note that there is a little poison ivy in the tree. You can retrieve the cache without touching it, but please be careful!
