The name of "Umewaka" of "Umewaka legend" used by Kabuki and Rakugo is often seen in this circumference. This bridge is the our one, name "Umewaka-bashi". Please look for "Umewakamaru"(the cache) like his mother who appears in the legend. The grave of Umewakamaru is in Mokuboji. Please see it, if you are free. Please bring a pen.

歌舞伎や落語でつかわれる「梅若伝説」の「梅若」の名がこの周辺ではよく見かけます。ここ梅若橋もその１つです。「梅若伝説」の母君よろしく彷徨って発狂しながら梅若丸を探してみませんか？
