Hey lil bro, I cant believe how all of this turned out. I bet you
have been hearing all kinda crazy stories about me lately and I
hope they have not all been bad. Here's the truth tho, I did not
mean to rob that bank. It started off as such a simple and pleasant
morning, a light breakfast, ran some errands, did a little
geocaching in the woods near the house, even fought off the
mosquitoes and made some new hides. Anyway once I got back home to
grab a sammich I saw a letter from the bank with insufficient funds
written all big on it. Knowing this was a mistake and fearing the
rent check wouldn't clear I dashed out the door to go to the bank
and see what was going on.
The teller was rude, she was just one of those people you don't
like dealing with but have to and she knew it. I showed her the
letter and asked who was out of money, was it me or was it the
bank. She didn't like my financial calamity joke and did nor did
she care about the obvious error the bank had made. I reached into
my back pocket to get some papers showing my deposit they had
missed and out falls the pellet gun pistol I carry around for
snakes in the woods when I go caching. Oh yeah I forgot all about
the snake-charmer. Anyway, it just clanks on the floor all loud and
everyone turns to look, I picked it up and when she sees the gun
she FREAKS. She hands me a wad of cash and sounds the alarm.
I don't know why but I panicked. I ran. I don't think I ever ran so
fast. Before I knew it I was back in the woods I had been caching
in earlier. I hid the wad of cash in one of the new cache
containers I had hidden earlier and when the cops caught up with me
I went straight to jail. Where I now sit. It was all a
misunderstanding, and I just need a good lawyer to help me explain
that. Since we both know neither of us have any money, and I happen
to know where a big ole wad of cache is - I thought I would send
you this note to help you get the funds to hire me a lawyer and get
me out of here. I cannot believe I am 33 years old and looking at 7
years in prison.
Anyway, I'm glad you went to mit lil bro, hope you stayed sober
enough in math class to figure this out. I'm counting on you.
