A
sardinha Portuguesa tem a etiqueta azul do " Marine Stewardship
Concil", o certificado de pescado ambientalmente certificado.
Capturada na costa Portuguesa, é a única espécie de peixe em toda a
península ibérica, a obter a certificação de qualidade, como
resposta ás preocupações sobre a sustentabilidade dos
recursos. |
| São
peixes pelágicos que formam frequentemente grandes cardumes e
alimentam importantes pescarias. |
| A
sardinha apresenta um importante lipídio: o ômega-3, que se julga
ser um "protector" do coração, ocupando o 3º lugar atrás da cavala
e do arenque. |

Este vai ser o terceiro
evento da Geo-Sardinhada e pretende juntar geocachers numa
das mais apetecidas refeições de verão, uma
Sardinhada! |

O
almoço deverá começar por volta das 12h30, já com os assadores na
potência máxima, e as sardinhas a saltarem de alegria nas
grelhas! |

Quem
quiser, pode apenas aparecer para conviver. |

The
Portuguese sardines is blue labeled by the Marine Stewardship
Concil, the certificate of environmentally certified fish. Captured
in the Portuguese coast, it's the only species of fish throughout
the Iberian peninsula, to obtain quality certification, in response
to concerns about the resources sustainability. |
| They
are pelagic fish that often form large shoals and feed important
fisheries. |
| Present a significant lipid: omega-3, which is thought to
be a "protector" of the heart. |

This
will be the third Geo-Sardinhada event and we want to join
geocachers in one of the most coveted summer meals, a
sardine! |
 |

Lunch will begin around 12:30, already with the roasters at maximum
power, and sardines jumping with joy on the
racks! |

Who
wishes is free to join us just for socializing. |
