How Geocaching Works
This spot has fascinated me since the first time that I drove down the new highway 10. I thought it was strange that there was a street light just about eye level as you are driving down the highway. Unfortunately, you can't get here from the highway, unless you jump off the overpass (not recommended). You'll need to take the back roads to this boat landing on River Road.
Bring a picnic basket and have your lunch directly below the eastbound overpass. 
Or bring a fishing pole and wet a line from the fishing platform, it is even wheelchair accessible.

Fishing Platform
Bring your fishing pole and fish from this concrete fishing platform directly between the eastbound and westbound lanes. Ever go fishing in the middle of a 4-lane highway before? It is even wheelchair accessible.
Picnic UNDER Highway 10
This picnic table is located directly under the eastbound lanes of the highway. I suppose it would give a little shelter in a light rain. Have lunch while you are here.
Picnic/Fishing area
This picture shows the whole picnic/fishing area. There are 2 picnic tables, one under the bridge and one not. The one that is not under the bridge is also wheelchair accessible.
