You are looking for a small bison. It is just off a paved path that connects Worthington Estates and the Worthington Mall. It should be accessible 12 months of the year, though there may be less cover in certain seasons. The path is public property, but you may be visible to the nearby houses.

You can park in the Estates on Greenglade Ave. and walk in from the south. Parking is also available just 25 feet east of the cache at the hotel.
