decipher the following addition equation:

The cache is located within the park. Enjoy the fountain and the
flowers (in season) around the park. You will need to be stealthy
as there is heavy foot and bike traffic through and around the
park.
There is street parking available on Emery Street, Earl Street,
and Barstow Street around the perimeter of the park.
To decode the hint, replace the digit with its corresponding
letter from the puzzle above. (Don't forget to decrypt the clue
first).
