Scruffy Dog logic: P marks the spot
Scruffy Dogs (aka, the guys) love belly rubs, apple pie, parties and adventure! They are sly and cunning, preferring their "owners" (aka, THEM) think they do nothing but sit around all day, just waiting for THEM to come home. (The guys have an uncanny ability to arrive home from their adventures just in time: before THEY get home.)
They want to remain anonymous, but did agree to let me share some of their logic as long as we don't tell THEM...

Just a side note of caution:
While exploring this cool area, we discovered not only a foundation, but a well; a very very very deep and dark well. It's not that big around, but should kids or dogs go poking around, it could be a very dangerous thing! The well is very cool from way way back, but please watch your kids and pets near this cache. We shined a light down it and it's deep! If you're looking from the dirt road, it's left of the foundation.
