Deceangi: As the event has past, and due to unfortunate circumstances the Event owner was not able to attend but others who did have logged their Attend. Given that this page is now turning into a discussion forum, not all of it family friendly. I'm Archiving this event!

If any one who attended the event venue, at on the day and during the event time period. Wishes to log their Attended, then they are welcome to do so. But If any more attempts are made to use this page as a discussion forum, I will Lock this page.

The event owner is welcome to submit a new event for review and publication.

Geocache Description:

Geocaching event

The Surrey Mid-Week Event Futhers its travels and Comes to Godalming. This is a opportunity to meet and greet other cachers from the local area or further afield. For details of other local events please go to (visit link)

It is at the Red Lion Pub which is close to both sets of parking Co-ords ( the car parks are free after 6 o'clock anyway so no cost there

NOTE:If you require food as no one has put food logs there will be no food provided by the pub so when you finish at the event you can pop down to the chippy at the end of the high street.

The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the second Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey. There will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins. It's a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories (or even pick up a few hints for those puzzles).

The event will begin at 6:30pm and finish around 9:40pm. Also we are in the function bar around the back of the pub. (However you can start to arrive from 6:00pm as I will be there from 5:55pm
