This is a Kansas cache, placed in Sunderland, VT. This is where the male half of BearFamily2009's parents live, literally. Please visit cache after 3pm, that's when "Dad" is home with "Mom".
This property used to be home to a church, a school, and the ol' country store. You can even see the ol' sign out front with windchime 
.
We wanted to place a cache in Vermont where someone could take care of it for us, "Dad" was pretty excited to take part.
If the cache needs any TLC, log it for us and we'll call "Dad" so he can do some upkeep on it. Thanks for sharing in our cache!
