This is the 4th hidden for the cache, 3 are published and 1 is
killed before I published it. Hunters who have found any previous
one are all welcomed to log found again. Instead of hidden on a
crowed and GPS floating area, I move the GZ from front door to back
door inside Central Culture Park.

This place is in foreign feelings, and especially vivid at
night. It reminds me Luwan at Shanghai. It's 24-hours opened and
every body is welcomed. So I suggest you not to be here at
day-time, but at night to enjoy the different night life in
Taipei.
In fact, the first hidden of the cache was also made at
mid-night. My wife and I enjoyed watching FIFA 2010 very much with
a lots of people around. With everybody yelling and shouting
outdoor in the middle of the night, how could it be not fun?
