I grew up 1 block from this location. my friend mike use to live at the third house in, on the south side of 95 ave.
When I was 8 years old, I was in mike's yard and asked if i could ride his bike. he said "no".
That wasn't suitable for me, so I hopped on his bike and pedaled as fast as I could, down his driveway and into the street, where i was hit by a red camaro.
luckily the driver was paying attention, hit his brakes and just knocked me over
I sustained a small scrape on my ankle and got one hell of a scare.
you DO NOT have to throw yourself in front of a car to find this cache. In fact, you don't even have to leave the sidewalk.
Remember to always cross at the green and not in between.
muggle factor shouldn't be too bad, except maybe at the start and end of the school day, due to the school a block away.
