The Rules:

Find a geocache in each of Ontarios 50 Official Divisions (ie. Counties/Districts/Municipalities)
On the off chance that you need a single cache in Simcoe County, this cache may count towards your 50 required finds
Finds can be before this cache was published, or after this cache was published. No terrain/difficulty requirements.

You will have to prove this in your log somehow, either by using a bookmark list or by generating a GSAK Ontario-County map, or just by plain old listing them in the cache log. 50 CACHES - 50 DIVISIONS
