Oakdale Woods is a very small conservation area located in a residential area of Newton.
The paths are small but well defined and meander around the area coming close to neighboring properties. Used primarily as a “cut-through” by runners and kids from the local neighborhood.
Please be respectful of the surroundings and use stealth when searching.
Good intro for kids and should be a quick find for all.
Container is small, but enough room for small trade items and travel bugs. Bring your own pen! Located sbout 15 feet off the trail. Please re-hide as well or better than found. Many muggles abound.
Limited parking on Parker St. Best to park at the end of Oakdale Road. N 42 19.095 W 071 11.809.
May be difficult with snow.
