Wilcox Park is owned and maintained by the Memorial and Library
Association of Westerly. The original parcel of land was donated in
1898 by Harriet Wilcox in memory of her husband, Stephen Wilcox.
Harriet envisioned the area as a walking park to be enjoyed by the
hard working citizens of Westerly and Pawcatuck.
PLEASE CLOSE THE CONTAINER ALL THE WAY
There is usually two snaps
The cache is an old Decon container. This is my first hide so any
advice would be a big help.
Park is open dawn to 9pm
Congratulations to GREENBRETH for FTF

This was our third cache for the afternoon. Found it with Flint and Frizzen. A great hiding place. We also liked the container. However, the container was open and everything was very wet. Tried signing the logbook but it was soaked.

Found with the Bismarck gang. Great tree! It must be at least 200+ years old. Lovely park that needs further exploring and I hope the owner takes that as a hint. Thanks~
