This one is at the Caldwell Civic Center. I thought this area needed a cache. You are looking for a small green pill bottle.

This cache is located near the eternal flame. It's a really nice monument. Watch for muggles as this is very close to the highway and sometimes has a lot of people nearby. Once you have located the cache you should be able to retrieve it and place it back without being seen. Well, at least without people knowing what you are doing.
