[CZ] Kratky popis

Keska je umistena ve stare zastavbe Cernosic u kostela Nanebevzeti Panny Marie. Nedaleko odtud je nadrazi a take stara cernosicka skola. Myslim, ze s odlovem nebudete mit potize, je zde sice hrbitov, ale prilis mudlu zde nepotkate. Jen bych zde nedoporucoval lovit koncem srpna, v polovine prosince (kvuli pouti a vanocnim trhum) a jeste kolem Dusicek. V tato obdobi je zde docela premudlovano. Prosim vracejte kesku na puvodni misto a neberte z ni tuzku. Souradnice jsou presne +- 5 metru. Pro odloveni kesky neni treba vstupovat na hrbitov.

[EN] Short description

The cache is located in the old part of Cernosice next to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Nearby there is a train station and the old school. I think it will be easy for you to find the cache; yes, there is a cemetery next to the church, but not many people go there. I only wouldn´t recommend looking for the cache in the end of August, in the middle of December (because of the fair and Christmas sales) and over the Halloween. In these seasons there is pretty a lot of muggles. Please put the cache back on the original place and do not take away the pencil. Coordinates are exact +- 5 meters (16 feet). It is not necessary to look for the cache at the cemetery.

[CZ] Kostel Nanebevzeti Panny Marie

Kostel Nanebevzeti Panny Marie je nejstarsi dochovanou stavebni pamatkou na uzemi mesta. První zminky se objevuji roku 1352 a mluvi o nem jako o kostele farnim. Nachazi se na umele upravene terase nad udolim Berounky na vychodnim okraji historickeho jadra Hornich Cernosic. Kostel nechal postavit zbraslavsky cisterciacky klaster, ktery vlastnil Cernosice od zacatku 14. stoleti. V 17. stoleti spadal kostel pod radotinskou farnost. Kostel nelze jednoznacne zaradit do zadneho stavebniho slohu diky mnozstvi uprav, kterymi prosel. Architektura budovy kostela neni prilis okazala. Nejvyraznejsi casti je barokni vez, ktera je ve spodni cásti ctyrboka, v horní osmiboka a v kazdem boku je polokruhove zaklenute okno. Az na tuto vez neni kostel na vnejsku architektonicky zdoben. Mnohem zajimavejsi je reseni interieru, jehoz prostor lodi zavrsuje kupole clenena stukovymi ramci. Hlavnimu oltari z roku 1713 dominuje barokni obraz Nanebevzeti Panny Marie a po jeho stranach jsou sochy slovanskych verozvestu. (zdroj: wikipedia)

[EN] Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary

The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary is the oldest extant building in Cernosice. The church was first mentioned in 1352 as a parish church. It is located on the artificially modified terrace above the Berounka valley at the east part of the historical center of Horni Cernosice. The church has been built by Cistercian monastery of Zbraslav that owned Cernosice from the beginning of the 14th century. In the 17th century the church belonged to the Radotin chapelry. Due to the number of modifications the church has gone through its architecture cannot be unambiguously defined. The architecture of the building is not overly ostentatious. The most prominent is a baroque tower that is tetrahedral in its lower part, octahedral in its upper part with a semicircular arched window in each wall. Except for the tower the church has no outer architectonic decoration. The interior of the church is more interesting with its domed aisle decorated by stucco frames. The high altar from 1713 is dominated by a baroque painting of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary with statues of Slavic missionaries on each side. (source: wikipedia)
