Small clear container with log book and small items to trade.
We decided to place a cache here after doing a letterbox in the area and not finding any caches to do along the way and thinking it was a shame with all of the great hiding spots on these trails. Come to find out that there are indeed a couple of caches that were members only, so we could not see them when we did our initial search and we were too close to one of them! Oh well, back out for a nice hike to look for a couple of more spots to place a couple of finds that everyone can access!
This one is Holly's first hide, you can find it along with her sister's cache- Tart Mountain.
The cache is along the Quarry trail which is very well marked with White Dots and markers. The terrain can be a bit rocky at times and may be difficult to negotiate with a jogger stroller (We thankfuly are past that stage!) This is a nice walking trail and should not take you very long to arrive at the cache. There is also a play ground and a beach area in the main park for you to enjoy.
