On July 21st BugLover01, CacheMonkey03 and Mr. F started a two day
road trip to pick up DeLorme pages and counties for
the WA challenges. Mr. F noticed that Page 103B had only 2 caches
in WA...Unacceptable! He also noticed that the two
caches on this page are in a park you have to pay to
access...Double unacceptable! (Not that Crows Butte Park is a
bad
place...they enjoyed a nice picnic along the water after finding
one of the two caches. 
)
So how does one go about remedying this problem? Take a
container on the trip to hide it along the way! This cache is
located at a pull-off on the south side of the highway. Here you
can enjoy a nice view over the Columbia River and Oregon.
It is hidden from view, but it can easily not be so!
Please rehide it as well as you find it so 103B can continue to
be free!
