A Puzzle For mud in the face

The female half of the team mentioned that she really doesn’t like puzzle caches but that she does like solving Sudoku puzzles.  We decided that it would be fun to create a puzzle just for her.  We know that she will solve it the way it is meant to be solved, by hand and without a computer program.  The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates.  To obtain the correct coordinates, you must first solve this puzzle.
