We go to Lee's on Perrin Beitel.

Welcome to the first monthly meeting
of the Anyone who wants to come and BYOCF*
puzzle solving grab gab and chat and stuff event!

Please note - this will be a NO ALCOHOL event! Please do not bring your own.

Everyone in the area has been talking about having a monthly
meet/greet/chat/puzzle solving/BYOCF*/gab fest type thing.

No one seems to want to get the monthly thing rolling so I figured we would start it rolling. (We meaning me since J doesn't know I posted this yet but I'm sure she will see it pop up on her phone or if she looks at gc.com between now and when the PR publishes.)

Everyone is welcome. If bringing children, they MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES!

It seems that on J's birthday, somehow the netting around the trampoline was torn down and just plain trashed.

Since there were only children in the back yard and we have not heard from any parents, we are assuming that it was done by unsupervised children.

I have talked to Tom, Electric Water Boy, and he had graciously agreed to bring his puzzle solving skills to the event. He will be available to PERSONALLY help everyone that has a question!

Remember, the only stupid question
is the question that is never asked!

We (TheFoods and JJFood) are graciously providing all the tap water and ice made from same. In addition, we will also provide free wi-fi for up to ummmmm, 10 or so computers. Not sure how many connections the box will do but I know it's about 10 or so. I know... you saying "Wow, how can they do all that?". Well guess what? We're offer even more! We will provide free and at absolutely no charge, paper plates and plastic cutlery. At this point you must be saying to yourself "there's gotta be a catch?". Well, THERE IS NO CATCH! We will provide all of the above for FREE!

Please remember that it's first come first served when you order your dinner (at a different location - hence the BYOCF*).

Hope to see you all MONDAY EVENING AUGUST 30th
6:30 p.m. till J gets tired and kicks y'all out.

I love you Jeanne!

I am bummed I missed the event. I was told that since I was there in spirit (ItsLoveInStereo) that I get to log attended. This only feels slightly like getting an unearned smiley, but ItsLove is passing her new knowledge to me, and now we have to start solving more puzzles. I am glad to hear everyone had fun though. Hope to catch the next event though!

Mary Ann and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It was nice to meet every one and put faces to some geocache handles. I enjoyed the presentation on puzzles (learned a lot) and look forward to trying to solve a few. Thanks for the find.

What a great first monthly Event. Cake and a Powerpoint presentation are a pretty high standard to meet now!!!! Had a great time and it showed by how late I stayed. Thanks for opening your home up. I actually learned abunch of new ways to look at puzzles too.
