Geocache Description:

Clough SP has a very pretty and usually not crowded beach for swimming and leisurely paddling around, but if you just need a quick find for the Big Lake challenge, it would be a shame to have to pay.

But there is also is a legitimate free way in that is known and used by the locals. And while the cache is inside the Park, you don't have to be to retrieve it.
