This cache is in an area that excluding events is open to and accessible by the general public daily from 6:00am until 8:00pm. It is not necessary and unadvised to attempt to circumvent any security measures to access the area. brltrans suggests: "walk right up to the security booth and mention that it's a beautiful day and you would like to take a walk around, and they will invite you in." That'll work just fine. Please attempt to re-hide the cache exactly as you found it so it will continue to remain well hidden and dry.
