Owner of the property has given permission to place cache and is aware of where it is.
The cache is available 24/7 and around the year. Enormous amounts of snow may hinder the retrieval of the cache but otherwise very easy access.
We have left five tb's/coins in the box for starters including a large coin, Ruissalo-Juoksut 1991, with a mystery attached to it... (As of August 29, 2010, the mystery coin has now moved on. If you are interested helping with the mystery check the trackable coin page, search by name.)
