The Civic Center neighorhood in San Francisco is a colorful place to visit. You have the Asian Art Museum, City Hall, the Opera House, Bill Graham Auditorium, and a number of Universities. This is definitely a good place to walk around and explore during the day. The only thing to note is that this neighborhood is not an ideal place to walk around after dark.
This cache is technically available from 6am-6pm, although you can get to it 24/7. Muggles are going to be the biggest challenge during normal hours. You are looking for a small cache that was fashioned on a recent trip to Las Vegas. It is roughly the size of half a deck of cards. There is a log inside, but you will need a pen or pencil.
