This site may of been a tribal center controlling precious iron mines! When clear of trees it would have been a magnificent sight, visible far and wide with fields all around. A number of potential archaeological structures were identified on known earthworks along with a few unpotential archaeological structures not associated with recorded earthworks, including a potential platform and an associated structure.
