Das
Naturschutzgebiet Ahrauen entlang des Baches Ahr zählt zu einem der
verbleibenden Auegebiete, wo unzählige Tiere und Pflanzen ihren
letzten Lebensraum gefunden haben.
Das
Vogelschutzgebiet ist vor allem als wichtige Raststätte für
Zugvögel bekannt. In den vergangenen zehn Jahren konnten in den
Ahrauen und Umgebung nicht weniger als 265 verschiedene Vogelarten
beobachtet werden. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Final benötigt man ca. 15
Minuten zu Fuß. Für den First finder wartet eine noch nicht
aktiviete GC (mit Anleitung 
)

The nature reserve Ahrauen along the river Ahr is one of
the remaining areas, where countless animals and plants have found
their last habitat. The bird sanctuary is known, first of all, as
an important rest house for migratory birds. During the last ten
years in the Ahrauen and its environs could be observed more than
265 different bird species. From the parking area up to the final
you need about 15 minutes on foot. A GC not activated (but with
instructions ) is waiting for the first
finder.

Il fiume Aurino rallenta il suo corso e tende a creare
ristagni d'acqua lungo le rive, dando luogo a un
particolare biotopochiamato Ontaneti dell’Aurino in cui trovano rifugio
numerose specie tipiche dei luoghi umidi. Quest’area protetta
è nota soprattutto per essere un importante punto di sosta degli
uccelli migratori. Negli ultimi dieci anni negli Ontaneti
dell’Aurino e nelle zone limitrofe è stato possibile
osservare più di 265 specie di uccelli. Partendo dal parcheggio il
Final si raggiunge entro 15 minuti a piedi. Il first finder trova
und GC ancora da attivare (pero con istruzioni ).
