In memorial to all our WWII to Korea veterans. This park was established along the new Rt 12 Veterans Memorial Corridor.
A quick accessible (nano) cache to bring you to a new gem here in Auburn.
for all those who have asked: Forrest was born in Springfield, VT., served in WWII in the pacific with the navy (ocean going tugboat). Moved to Worcester after the war as there were more jobs there. Then moved to Auburn where he raised his family.
