ALLA RICERCA DELL'ANELLO PERDUTO
Nessuno si era accorto,quella notte, che qualcuno si era introdotto in casa della contessa Edvige Serbelloni Mazzanti Viendalmare,ed aveva sottratto uno dei più bei pezzi della collezione di gioielli appartenenti al faraone Anubis IV: un anello di smerazaffirubini, 
donato dal faraone alla regina Laulau in occasione delle loro nozze e ritrovato dall'archeologo Gigi Dongiobart durante uno dei suoi numerosi scavi in Egitto , nel 1911.
Chi sarà stato? Mentre nessuno aveva idee in proposito,ed anche il commissario Amuzak brancolava nel buio,io non avevo alcun dubbio:uno solo poteva aver compiuto un furto così abile: l'inafferrabile rapinatore, Michel Bagdanov, ricercato dalle polizie di tutto il mondo.
Ed ecco che la conferma dei miei sospetti arriva qualche giorno dopo: ho infatti ricevuto un messaggio mandatomi proprio da Michel,nel quale mi diceva che si era sbarazzato dell'anello perchè si era accorto che era un falso! E quindi potevo andare a riprenderlo e ridarlo alla contessa.
Ecco che quindi consegno a voi, audaci geocachers, il compito di trovare il nascondiglio dell'anello. Ma una volta trovato, non restituitelo alla contessa, lasciatelo dov'è e registrate il vostro ritrovamento: è meglio che la contessa (ormai anziana e cagionevole di salute) già provata dal furto, non abbia un' altra brutta sorpresa apprendendo che il suo adorato anello era un falso!

THE LOST RING
Nobody noticed, that night, that someone entered the house of countess Edvige Serbelloni Mazzanti Viendalmare, and stole one beautiful piece of the jewels collection pertaining to Pharaoh Anubis IV: a ring donated by the Pharaoh to Queen Laulau in occasion of their wedding and found by the archaeologist Gigi Dongiobart during one of its numerous diggings in Egypt, 1911. Who was the thief? While nobody had ideas in purpose,and also detective Amuzak was lost, I did not have any doubt: only one man could have completed such a skillful theft: Michel Bagdanov, the famous thief wanted by the policies of the whole world! And the confirmation of my suspicions arrived some day after: in fact I received a message from Michel, in which he wrote that he got rid of the ring because he discovered it was a false one! And therefore I could go to get it and to give it back to the countess. Therefore I ask you, audacious geocachers, to find the hiding place. But once found, please, do not give the ring back to the countess: leave it in place and record your find: it is better than the countess (old and delicate of health) already stressed by the robbery, does not have another ugly surprise learning that her loved ring was a false one!
