Besides this great country with our Good 'Ole "Stars and Stripes"...
there are quite a few others too!
A quick internet search will show that over 25 sovereign nations also fly these colors ...
Wow!
Plus, there are also many states, provinces, territories, possessions, protectorates and other geo-political divisions that fly flags that are predominantly red, white and blue!
But Wait... There's More!
Here are a few of them arranged with a particular plan and precise purpose!

Another carefully crafted colorful conundrum to convert to a cute caching character ... A "Smiley"!
This time it's more about the numbers! And ...Remember to do each math operation separately.
The posted coordinates will only bring you to an intersection from which you can go off and get 4 or 5 other caches nearby (about 3 miles) , if you have not already done so!
The actual hide is a Double-Cap Container in a daylight recommended location. (So you won't disturb the neighbors!)
It should be muggle-free and winter friendly ... with easy parking nearby.
